KRISTY - can you follow up and ensure that by Monday/Tuesday we have someone sort the grinder issue. Luc replaced the grider with another for now, the one acting up is in the liquor room. You can reach out to Handlebar and Luc has another guy if needed but as I understand it Handlebar sold us that grinder. Please text the F&B thread if you need more contact info. Brandon or Warner can get us. Thanks for handling this and keep us updated. We should be good with current grider til Monday. 

FYI- Reminder for Luc to have Mel bring Zing Zang to Hotel Saturday after shift. Low due to back order. 

Lobby needs more oversight by mid. I let that down today. I was there by 5:45/6 but in events pre and because we only had one cocktailer and she came at 6, the snug could have used my support around 5 pm I think. Luc and I discussed the team as a whole focusing on the MOD distribution and the Lobby needs in a meeting this week with the whole team. 

I would love to do a FOH Meeting like we did last Monday on Wednesday at 3 pm. I can zoom in if I am not here. 

BOH & FOH Meeting should be thursday at 3 pm. 

Claire note to file, but needs to be talked to and have verbal or written warning for leaving coffee station a mess. Luc has some photos, I had already started cleaning but it was GROSS. 

Please add to the staff notes for ALL Oulets that the Server station/IRD island Must be clean and free of food or debis daily, additionally at end of shifts please only unrack glasses you plan to move to an outlet. Random unracked glasses left behind makes no sense. 

All servers seem to have some buzz around not trusting tips, the process will work this period I feel really confident with us all being on top of sheets but the fomer payroll had some errors that were sorted with Marla but our sheets didn't reflect. So please note if anyone has questions. Angela was talking to Emma and Satia and now Evan was taking pictures of the sheets. Nothing to worry about really just to note. YOU ALL ARE DOING GREAT WITH CONSISTANCY, remember to have the staff do as much as they can, fill out the sheet and place yourself in the lower level for us to add hours by postions. Great work on getting cash noted on report even if 0!

New tip pool distribution info will go out to staff probably end of next week. It will go into effect Jan 1. I will discuss with all at Wed meeting but its a bit more for host, a little less for Runner and IRD gets tipped out by Condor and Cocina but then goes into their own pool keeping their tips. Hourly rates to be reviewed by ownership. 

I did a verbal warning with Luc re: Colin tonight. Colin was behind and messy at end of night. He also was told to last call at 11 and we found him still serving Ramin and guests at 11:40 pm. 

I went and let Ramin know I would help him if he needed anythign but I had to wrap Colin up. He was fine and I only made them one small round of tequila soda and wine. Helped Colin clean up bar and get out. 

There is a circular HOLE in the three sink. Cleaning crew was soaking things left water on, then I noticed water all over the floor. I think this needs repaired. ALICE reported at front desk. 

I sent an email to Lynn and HR as Lynn came in upset still about the non discussed previous conversations, this gives her another space to error grievances. I did advise Lynn we move forward now. 

Sarah did party and I heard it went great! THANKS

D'ete and Erik not getting along, tried to catch her to talk about it but the whole night was a lot and I told Luc it didn't seem like she could receive it, so we will keep an eye. Long story short I had a handful of comps - 

50% off a tab of drinks and food (there were items they were waiting on, but they weren't in the computer so it was a server error) 

100%  comp on a Ceveiche not eatten and the guest complained was bland in lobby - reported to Will

No comp but a long ticket on a drink that D'ete didn't ring, then hand wrote in, Erik refused to make it because it was handwritten, which was the correct thing to do, but then I approved as we needed it and the drink read "Campfire" which we didn't know what it was, was supposed to be Cabin Fever. I played that the ticket was wet and I couldn't read it and the guest was so nice.

Sarah & Riley - Riley Sarah has time to call people in for interviews and can do first round along with Luc if there are bar canidates. We need 2 hosts, 2 bussers - strong, Event PPL ASAP - I would say 7-10 ppl 
can you help me direct Sarah to the right place for getting resumes and adds? if not let me know and I will look into it. Lets JUMP on this pls. I would love to have a handful of interviews by Wednesday Thursday if we can. 

Sarah, Riley, Luc & Kristy - if we know good ppl lets pls send them to Sarah for interviews for Events. Ie. ppl we have worked with around town that might onboard for evnets only. Servers, Bar and Busser

Sarah can you also follow up with Angel Gabriel Zarete 805.453.8508 - available eveings. Luc said he stopped in. there is scrap paper above Server/Manager Computer
