 Overall slow night. Cut Keegan so we just ran with two. Way too cold to sit any patio. 

Meredith came by and instructed me to have the fire place still on and we double stacked the cushions on the bench of 201-204, just for it to look nicer. Looked much more inviting, even if we weren't seating. I appreciated her counsel on this. 

Angela went home around 715. I should have had her break Riley, but I wasn't expecting us to get a late "rush" of a few tables. 

Chad broke Lauren, it was slow enough, but for the future, I am not sure how we will be breaking one bartender in snug if they work open-close. I think building in that mid will solve for this issue. 

Manager from Playhouse came over to discuss Marisa Tomei and Ethan Hawke coming over. I guess he had a bad ending at playhouse with crazy fans. She wanted to make sure I had a private spot for them. Ethan walked in and decided on Condor. Their visit went well, gave them friends and family discount per Meredith. 

Fixed tip sheets on desktop to not take out cash drop for tip contribution. Sent jess the versions we had done thus far. Snug and condor need to be on two seperate ones. Also, please make sure to put date in red box and "Save As" so masters remain blank. 

Still trying to figure out where IRD goes and how to put them into the sheets, as they don't have names on their reports, just Am and PM and I know they have charges, so is that gratuity, does it get put into the tip pool? Emailed Jess to further counsel on this. I did not put any hours in as I do not have access to UKG.

Per Front Desk- Ryker (last name) was still in the room but Ramin was sent to room? I dont know details but we bought him dessert and a beer. 

2 N//A Beers- guests were seated, I was helping Lauren in Snug and Riley did not know she was seated, so the guests waited to be greated. Riley was busy with her 7 top at the time. The two guests were not upset, but I had met them prior so they are return guests so I wanted to make sure they were taken care of.

 I am going to leave some notes, but add some later. Sorry late night.  KRISTY - can you follow up and ensure that by Monday/Tuesday we have someone sort the grinder issue. Luc replaced the grider with another for now, the one acting up is in the liquor room. You can reach out to Handlebar and Luc has another guy if needed but as I understand it Handlebar sold us that grinder. Please text the F&B thread if you need more contact info. 12/1/25 MEETING WITH FOH TEAM

 oops posted this on my LA BLOG - sorry for delay  Kirsty & Sarah got some Micros time and can put in and remove items! WOO HOO! I think Riley is all set  here too.  Pool floor plan we decided on and I can do it Thurs or Friday when I am back.  Peter is coming by at 3 pm on Thursday to meet with me and another manager, I will go over his written warning.  Lynn will have written warning re: customer complaint, Riley and Luc to do tomorrow.  Luc, Kristy & Sarah, when I am here Thurs and Friday we can review some former Employee Communications to review language and make sure all feel weel here with using UKG and having discussions.  PLEASE KEEP ALL TICKETS KITCHEN AM AND PM, I made a file folder next to Mac, we can review weekly.
