Slow start-steady night overall in condor and Lobby. Not many seated on patio. 6 top turned into a ten top, and then they decided to eat in the lobby and chill there. Satia did great. Confirmed with Will that that was fine prior to them ordering. All was good. 

Credit card machines are starting to run pretty slow, intermittently. 

Grayson did a tasting with Laura Dern in the snug at 5pm. Chad broke Grayson at 5:30, Laura Dern wanted to taste red wines (both BTB) I okayed it with Chad. 

Few questions surrounding holiday pay- barbara sent me handbook. It is outlined on page 16-17. 

Erin from front desk had her cousin eating at condor, told emma to do friend and family discount after she ran the card. Erin really nice about it, said Hailey authorized it. Told her if Hailey authorized it, that it was fine. So I voided payment, discounted check and re rang. Emailed Hailey about situation, as Hailey is generally really thorough with notifying us. Hailey said that she wasn't aware it was tonight, and wish it was handled differently. 

I did all tip sheets for information inputting. I'd like to sit down with Jess tomorrow and just confirm I understand it all thoroughly before training employees on it. 

Warner had dinner tonight, said that the salad bowl was hot, which really brought down quality of dish. Will made aware. 

New banquet 33-35 well received, we sat a few parties there. Great use of space. 

Emma had a table of a woman and her child aged son, she ordered two shirley temples (so they were matching) but the woman came up to emma and asked for a shot of gin in hers. Lynne made virgin shirley temple in collins, and womans "cocktail" in bucket glass. Lady made a comment, as she was wanting to be matching. It created some tension between Emma and Lynne. It was sorted as I explained to Emma, after Lynne let me know why she did that. Talked with Jess regarding how to handle in the future- and we can serve it in whatever glass the customer wants.

 I am going to leave some notes, but add some later. Sorry late night.  KRISTY - can you follow up and ensure that by Monday/Tuesday we have someone sort the grinder issue. Luc replaced the grider with another for now, the one acting up is in the liquor room. You can reach out to Handlebar and Luc has another guy if needed but as I understand it Handlebar sold us that grinder. Please text the F&B thread if you need more contact info. Brandon or Warner can get us. Thanks for handling this and keep us updated. We should be good with current grider til Monday.  FYI- Reminder for Luc to have Mel bring Zing Zang to Hotel Saturday after shift. Low due to back order.  Lobby needs more oversight by mid. 12/1/25 MEETING WITH FOH TEAM

 oops posted this on my LA BLOG - sorry for delay  Kirsty & Sarah got some Micros time and can put in and remove items! WOO HOO! I think Riley is all set  here too.  Pool floor plan we decided on and I can do it Thurs or Friday when I am back.  Peter is coming by at 3 pm on Thursday to meet with me and another manager, I will go over his written warning.  Lynn will have written warning re: customer complaint, Riley and Luc to do tomorrow.  Luc, Kristy & Sarah, when I am here Thurs and Friday we can review some former Employee Communications to review language and make sure all feel weel here with using UKG and having discussions.  PLEASE KEEP ALL TICKETS KITCHEN AM AND PM, I made a file folder next to Mac, we can review weekly.
