11/21/25 FOH MID

 Went to 9 am meeting, discussed Phones. Meredith is looking into getting us 2 handhelds so the FOH manager can always have a phone on them. The Mid will eventually come in and return all calls for parties over 6. 

PAYCHECKS FOR LIVE CHECKS bottom file cabinet to right of Apple computer, front file. 

Lets start having the Host come to the office at 4:30 and confirm all parties 6 or more for the next day. If we can attempt to start this on Monday that would be ideal. 

A few menus back for next week from Kirsten, I will come in tomorrow to sort them and print. I will put them in the file folders on the wall by the printer. BOH & Luc, please review for planning, batching, prep etc. 

Tip sheets going well, gonna get us binders for each tip pool tomorrow so we start to print nightly or next day and put in the file folder. Will also adjust all pools to "Old" pool tomorrow. Pool adjustment will happen next pay period, can discuss more if needed. This only impacts FOH. BOH we need to review with Brooke how reporting will happen with your tip outs, Octavio lets connect tomorrow 11/22.

Taschen party was great. 

PM in Condor was great. 

Sarah is doing really well with Condor. Kristy has a strong hold on Tips and Cocina at this time. Both are feeling good on UKG. YAY! 

Alfonso issue tonight, will note to UKG insubordinance. He was frustrated I had to help with a table but they pulled me in 3 times due to "server disapearance" He just gets a bit overwhelmed with a handful of tables at once and needs to receive more help. He was also mad when I asked about his sidework at end of night. I asked to speak to him, he said he wanted to go home, clocekd out and said sorry he had clocked out so tomorrow. Will need to Council with Luc tomorrow. 

Emma is correct we mentioned that the Banquet would be one, but when I mocked the floor I left teens and 201 -204 as banquet 1 and mirroed them so seat was 1 on 33-35 and 209-212, not tied to mirroring and if the team wants all banquents 1 then that is fine by me. 

Also Emma still doesn't like the seat number unforced, so lets talk to the servers to see how they feel, how can we help them make this easier, it should be less touches 

Corinne E did a great job at host, she needs a good bit of training. ie. not great at quote times and needs some finesse but I like her here, maybe we move her from IRD? 

Hosts need to do 30 min cover count sheets. 

A few servers Angela, Emma & Satia mentioned Brandon being in a move and seemed to avoid food running tonight. As it sits we will need 5 on nights like this but would love to get to 4 eventually, we only did 128 in covers. Mostly front loaded, died down alot by 9:15. 

Teach hosts to grab menus, so many menus end up living at terminals. How many menus at the host stand should be a tell tell sign of how many ppl need to order still not lost at terminials. 

Lets discuss a damp cloth and plate at each station to wipe btw courses? We can do better here. 

Need to update all instant messaging on Host Ipads to match and function. 

A handful of tables said the food and service were really special tonight. SO COOL TO HEAR, made sure to give praise to kitchen too.
