Busy opening, lobby full for most of the early/mid evening (Libby Bowl Event). Fizzled out around 9:00.
Service was smooth, positive feedback from guests, minus one sea bass returned, customer complained it was overcooked. Alfonso struggled a bit during the push, Angela and Emma stepped in to help. He generally will not ask for help. When asked to speak post shift by Jess, he scoffed and said he was "Off the clock" and left. Smooth sailing otherwise. Sarah trained again on floor and expo. Riley did great in the lobby, as always. Staff and management are becoming more comfortable and familiar with the new tip sheets, and they appreciate the transparency. A few double rings in lobby, minimal micros errors. The Taschen reservation went well. Eric Goode and Jeremy's table went well.

 I am going to leave some notes, but add some later. Sorry late night.  KRISTY - can you follow up and ensure that by Monday/Tuesday we have someone sort the grinder issue. Luc replaced the grider with another for now, the one acting up is in the liquor room. You can reach out to Handlebar and Luc has another guy if needed but as I understand it Handlebar sold us that grinder. Please text the F&B thread if you need more contact info. Brandon or Warner can get us. Thanks for handling this and keep us updated. We should be good with current grider til Monday.  FYI- Reminder for Luc to have Mel bring Zing Zang to Hotel Saturday after shift. Low due to back order.  Lobby needs more oversight by mid. 12/1/25 MEETING WITH FOH TEAM

 oops posted this on my LA BLOG - sorry for delay  Kirsty & Sarah got some Micros time and can put in and remove items! WOO HOO! I think Riley is all set  here too.  Pool floor plan we decided on and I can do it Thurs or Friday when I am back.  Peter is coming by at 3 pm on Thursday to meet with me and another manager, I will go over his written warning.  Lynn will have written warning re: customer complaint, Riley and Luc to do tomorrow.  Luc, Kristy & Sarah, when I am here Thurs and Friday we can review some former Employee Communications to review language and make sure all feel weel here with using UKG and having discussions.  PLEASE KEEP ALL TICKETS KITCHEN AM AND PM, I made a file folder next to Mac, we can review weekly.
