11/24 FOH & BOH NOTES

 Riley, can you email Chad and Brooke tomorrow to check in on if we can get a run down on cash boxes and protocol. 

Questions, what happens if we are short, Kristy had a $5 bank shortage, how do we log or report to get whole. 

Are we supposed to be counting our boxes down to $1,000 weekly? 

What do we do if we need petty cash for something like a grocery store run? 

Also check with Chad on Sarah's box please its 15 but the key was messed up. 

Emails seem to be funky, bummer we are doing these microsoft updates over the holiday week, but some of your emails may not be working. Check in with Meredith and she can get you to the right people, there were people in house today and Vanessa learned a lot too, she is probably a good resource. 

Tip Sheets and Tip Convo today, should have answers about making some adjustments that get host a little more and maybe shift IRD to their own pool by end of week, please don't talk about it yet but we are working on it.

Busy tonight, Kitchen got rocked hard at push and so did FOH. Everyone did a good job pulling together but comps were high. 

Thanksgiving week kicked off. 113 covers! People are off and school is out. Just to be ready the rest of th week though weekend.

We have to ensure that servers are ontop of table timing as well as us as managers and the kitchen more on top of execution in those pushes. We lost a ticket that fell off the line and the first course was order fire so it went out but it took a long and the guest recovery was just to go big to save it. Do we have a ticket printer on the line side as well as expo? These things wont happen often we just had a mishap where all three safeguards collided. 

A few last min tables came in via Front Desk so I will send Hailey a message about no resos via FD after open. We need them to check in, getting those phones will HELP so much. Meredith was following up on it today. 

Also Ramin came in as 10 top last min and we had soem other parties that did a 8 or two 5 tops but family Just rocked us a for a bit. Also Jean probably isn't the strongest to go solo, but as always had a good attitude. I took the bar top for a bit and Lauren popped in to support service well for a min. 

I met Chris who is doing his wifes bday tomorrow, hes lovely and a friend of Jeremy's. Menu done and Vanessa mocked the table menu. Hanging by mac. I will follow up on last of Thanksgiving parties tomorrow too, In talk with 13 top. 

Made your HOLIDAY menu in Condor. It has all the specialty savory and sweet. 

Luc I made your buttons as well for rest of cocktails sans Hot Cocoa. Can we all check in on who is making cocoa tomorrow, really want to ensure its consitant and not a nightmare as snug is likley to have a lot of requests. 

Fixed that the Mushrooms were only charging 23 instead of 28 and fixed. I did review condor but can somoeone review cocina for pricing in the computer vs the micros?

Also Luc I increased the prices on your Rye new drink to 18 as the menu said that but it was in at 17 so if you meant to change that as those menus aren't out now, just an FYI.
