11/27/25 AM NOTES THANKSGIVING

 Hi all, I was behind on putting these notes in. 

It was a steady day, we closed at 12, but had a few tables, the most notable thing was a guest staying with us had a strange interaction with Lynne in the Condor Bar the everning of the 26th, and was going to have dinner in the Condor and left because she was uncomfortable. 

We accommodated her in Cocina, but I still felt bad that she felt rushed, and guilty for leaving us open forher  to have food. She was reassured that we were in no rush, and we had plenty to do to clean up, and get out, so to take her time.

Anna had a good connection with her, and I know Shelby was going to reach out again. She left Anna a very large tip, I think once again because she felt like she was be an inconvenience.

The pool was pretty steady, and Zammy felt overwhelmed for a moment, because we only had the Condor thanksgiving menu to offer, we talked it through a little more and he was fine. I just had to let him know this was the only menu available, and modifications were not really an option. 

Grayson asked about how the pool would be tipping out the snug bar for the day, since they are not usually in the same tip pull. I said I would investigate.

 I am going to leave some notes, but add some later. Sorry late night.  KRISTY - can you follow up and ensure that by Monday/Tuesday we have someone sort the grinder issue. Luc replaced the grider with another for now, the one acting up is in the liquor room. You can reach out to Handlebar and Luc has another guy if needed but as I understand it Handlebar sold us that grinder. Please text the F&B thread if you need more contact info. Brandon or Warner can get us. Thanks for handling this and keep us updated. 12/1/25 MEETING WITH FOH TEAM

 oops posted this on my LA BLOG - sorry for delay  Kirsty & Sarah got some Micros time and can put in and remove items! WOO HOO! I think Riley is all set  here too.  Pool floor plan we decided on and I can do it Thurs or Friday when I am back.  Peter is coming by at 3 pm on Thursday to meet with me and another manager, I will go over his written warning.  Lynn will have written warning re: customer complaint, Riley and Luc to do tomorrow.  Luc, Kristy & Sarah, when I am here Thurs and Friday we can review some former Employee Communications to review language and make sure all feel weel here with using UKG and having discussions.  PLEASE KEEP ALL TICKETS KITCHEN AM AND PM, I made a file folder next to Mac, we can review weekly.
