We ran with 4 servers (because Emma was out sick). Everyone did a great job- stayed focused and finished strong.

Having Amanda at the host stand on Friday and Saturday nights moving forward feels absolutely crucial. With her at the host stand I can check in with guests, support servers on the floor, and help get food out to tables in a timely manner. If it is any of our other hosts manning the front, I am tethered to the host stand and unable to do much else. Amanda has also expressed that she would much prefer working at Condor to working in Cocina. 

Luc batched, worked service bar in Cocina, and gave support to both the lobby (which was really busy) as well as Condor. Thanks Luc!

Laura Dern added 7 people to her party last minute and we were able to accommodate. They were very happy with their experience and are looking forward to the celebration tomorrow.

minimal comps/ voids... everyone was very happy with the food tonight.

I spoke with Riley earlier in the day about the possibility of Luc and I trading shifts as to allow Luc more time to batch and get things set up for the party. Luc and I discussed and decided it would be a good idea for him to be here earlier in the day so he will be mid and I will close tomorrow.

There were a couple of people that missed clock ins/outs and I need a bit of help, maybe from Riley or Luc tomorrow, so that I can adjust the time sheets on UKG and finish the tip sheets.

Nobody else is allowed to get sick!

Luc replaced the grider with another for now, the one acting up is in the liquor room. 12/1/25 MEETING WITH FOH TEAM

 oops posted this on my LA BLOG - sorry for delay  Kirsty & Sarah got some Micros time and can put in and remove items! WOO HOO! I think Riley is all set  here too.  Pool floor plan we decided on and I can do it Thurs or Friday when I am back.  Peter is coming by at 3 pm on Thursday to meet with me and another manager, I will go over his written warning.  Lynn will have written warning re: customer complaint, Riley and Luc to do tomorrow.  Luc, Kristy & Sarah, when I am here Thurs and Friday we can review some former Employee Communications to review language and make sure all feel weel here with using UKG and having discussions.  PLEASE KEEP ALL TICKETS KITCHEN AM AND PM, I made a file folder next to Mac, we can review weekly.
