12/12/25 AM NOTES

Decently busy European Breakfast, Mia misunderstood her schedule, and arrived at 9 am, instead of 8:30. It was fine.

Since Mia thought she was 10:30, we had one server arrive at 9, and then two at 10:30, which only 2 are really necessary at that point. So Rebecca went home around 10 minutes after arrival. 

Having Mia on the floor over Rebecca is helpful, she is a stronger server, and works La Cocina more frequently. So, I've asked Riley to schedule Rebecca earlier in the day. 

Paco and Mia were on the floor, but Anna from the event in Mariposa needed to leave by 1, so Mia took over the floor, and checking the pool, and Paco went to help with the event. 

Mia needed to leave by 3, so she didn't take any more tables, and Eric took over. I essentially took any new tables, and had Eric input them, he did well, he seems like he will be a good fit in La Cocina. 

After breakfast, lunch stayed steady, a few guests were at the pool, but not too many.  

Working on getting staff on top of any UKG duties. We have Brandon needing to do his Serve Safe, and I connected with Barbara about a code for payment, she said there is a code for each server that may need it, so I will confirm that is the case, and how the codes are given out.

 I am going to leave some notes, but add some later. Sorry late night.  KRISTY - can you follow up and ensure that by Monday/Tuesday we have someone sort the grinder issue. Luc replaced the grider with another for now, the one acting up is in the liquor room. You can reach out to Handlebar and Luc has another guy if needed but as I understand it Handlebar sold us that grinder. Please text the F&B thread if you need more contact info. 12/1/25 MEETING WITH FOH TEAM

 oops posted this on my LA BLOG - sorry for delay  Kirsty & Sarah got some Micros time and can put in and remove items! WOO HOO! I think Riley is all set  here too.  Pool floor plan we decided on and I can do it Thurs or Friday when I am back.  Peter is coming by at 3 pm on Thursday to meet with me and another manager, I will go over his written warning.  Lynn will have written warning re: customer complaint, Riley and Luc to do tomorrow.  Luc, Kristy & Sarah, when I am here Thurs and Friday we can review some former Employee Communications to review language and make sure all feel weel here with using UKG and having discussions.  PLEASE KEEP ALL TICKETS KITCHEN AM AND PM, I made a file folder next to Mac, we can review weekly.
