 Early push in the lobby- needing to troubleshoot this. 

-Lobby server in time

-Break schedule for bartenders

-2pm-8pm bartender on friday & saturday needs a break too. 

-Deff needing 2 servers, 2 bartenders. 


Sundji new busser did GREAT. Shadowed Eduardo. He was attentive, engaging and caught on quickly. 


Luc and I trying to onboard Margie Hogue. Bar. Having difficulty with UKG, Barbara seeing if we have errors with limitations and this is why certain things on UKG are not populating (i.e. templates)

Wanting to onboard Ally for server (interviewed for bar with luc yesterday, but better to start as server)

Also wanting to onboard Joehana for host, IRD & server. I think it will be best to start her in host. 


Mouse saw by eduardo in condor tonight. Called Dave in maintenance, he wasn't able to locate the mouse. Will follow up. Jackie put note in hero as well.

Service was overall really great tonight. All guests were happy. Servers did great with transferring tables, side work and getting off the clock.

 I am going to leave some notes, but add some later. Sorry late night.  KRISTY - can you follow up and ensure that by Monday/Tuesday we have someone sort the grinder issue. Luc replaced the grider with another for now, the one acting up is in the liquor room. You can reach out to Handlebar and Luc has another guy if needed but as I understand it Handlebar sold us that grinder. Please text the F&B thread if you need more contact info. Brandon or Warner can get us. Thanks for handling this and keep us updated. We should be good with current grider til Monday.  FYI- Reminder for Luc to have Mel bring Zing Zang to Hotel Saturday after shift. Low due to back order.  Lobby needs more oversight by mid. 12/1/25 MEETING WITH FOH TEAM

 oops posted this on my LA BLOG - sorry for delay  Kirsty & Sarah got some Micros time and can put in and remove items! WOO HOO! I think Riley is all set  here too.  Pool floor plan we decided on and I can do it Thurs or Friday when I am back.  Peter is coming by at 3 pm on Thursday to meet with me and another manager, I will go over his written warning.  Lynn will have written warning re: customer complaint, Riley and Luc to do tomorrow.  Luc, Kristy & Sarah, when I am here Thurs and Friday we can review some former Employee Communications to review language and make sure all feel weel here with using UKG and having discussions.  PLEASE KEEP ALL TICKETS KITCHEN AM AND PM, I made a file folder next to Mac, we can review weekly.
