12/20/25 AM NOTES

 Eve called out for a medical emergency, Satia covered her, and arrived at 7:15, Anna arrived shortly after at 7:30, we sent Satia home once Eric arrived for bartender. 

The European Breakfast picked up around 8:30-9, and we had a decent amount of guests ordering off menu as well.

We had our usual lull between 10-11:30, but we were able to break, and do a thorough pre-shift. 

Anna went home after 11 or so. Zammy was in the front station, Paco was in the back and the pool. Sundji was bussing today, and it was so nice to have him here, really fast and efficient, and he has a great attitude. 

We got a nice little rush for lunch, Paco needed assistance to get to his tables, since he was busy at the pool as well, I was happy to get his tables started, and food ordered for him, guest service wasn't compromised. 

We had a lot of food in the window at the same moment, Sandji did a great job assisting, but the team themselves need to work on running their food. 

Riley came in with the family. 

We had 41 covers at lunch, which was great. Guests all seemed happy. One guest had a hair in her cocktail, which is a bit strange. I comped her drink.

 I am going to leave some notes, but add some later. Sorry late night.  KRISTY - can you follow up and ensure that by Monday/Tuesday we have someone sort the grinder issue. Luc replaced the grider with another for now, the one acting up is in the liquor room. You can reach out to Handlebar and Luc has another guy if needed but as I understand it Handlebar sold us that grinder. Please text the F&B thread if you need more contact info. Brandon or Warner can get us. Thanks for handling this and keep us updated. 12/1/25 MEETING WITH FOH TEAM

 oops posted this on my LA BLOG - sorry for delay  Kirsty & Sarah got some Micros time and can put in and remove items! WOO HOO! I think Riley is all set  here too.  Pool floor plan we decided on and I can do it Thurs or Friday when I am back.  Peter is coming by at 3 pm on Thursday to meet with me and another manager, I will go over his written warning.  Lynn will have written warning re: customer complaint, Riley and Luc to do tomorrow.  Luc, Kristy & Sarah, when I am here Thurs and Friday we can review some former Employee Communications to review language and make sure all feel weel here with using UKG and having discussions.  PLEASE KEEP ALL TICKETS KITCHEN AM AND PM, I made a file folder next to Mac, we can review weekly.
