12/21/25 AM NOTES

 Eve did not come in today either, not sure what she communicated with Luc, but there was no barista to open in the morning. Brandon is always helpful and willing to help out. 

Anna arrived at 7:30, she is great on barista, so she took tables and assisted with coffee drinks, it was not too busy first thing in the morning, which made me feel like we would get busy after 9, which it did. Paco was on too, and we split them in sections so it worked out. Ruben was also on by then, and could focus on coffee drinks, so Anna could focus on her tables. 

Zammy came on at 10:30 and took over Anna's section, he got a 11 top at 10:55, and did a great job. I gave him kuddos for putting in proper seat numbers, and staying on top of the table. The kitchen did a great job getting items out in a timely manner, and I gave them a head's up that another group of 8, would be arriving at 11:30. 

Soon after that rush, it slowed down quite a bit, so we went down to just Sydney, with Ruben's support she did great. We kept an eye on the pool, but for most of the day there were just a couple of guests at a time. I checked in at one point and there were two new groups, but they didn't want anything, and were just hanging by the pool for a bit. 

Around 3:30 we got a few more tables, and Ruben had a full bar, we all ended up leaving around 5. 

All in all it was a good day.

 I am going to leave some notes, but add some later. Sorry late night.  KRISTY - can you follow up and ensure that by Monday/Tuesday we have someone sort the grinder issue. Luc replaced the grider with another for now, the one acting up is in the liquor room. You can reach out to Handlebar and Luc has another guy if needed but as I understand it Handlebar sold us that grinder. Please text the F&B thread if you need more contact info. Brandon or Warner can get us. Thanks for handling this and keep us updated. 12/1/25 MEETING WITH FOH TEAM

 oops posted this on my LA BLOG - sorry for delay  Kirsty & Sarah got some Micros time and can put in and remove items! WOO HOO! I think Riley is all set  here too.  Pool floor plan we decided on and I can do it Thurs or Friday when I am back.  Peter is coming by at 3 pm on Thursday to meet with me and another manager, I will go over his written warning.  Lynn will have written warning re: customer complaint, Riley and Luc to do tomorrow.  Luc, Kristy & Sarah, when I am here Thurs and Friday we can review some former Employee Communications to review language and make sure all feel weel here with using UKG and having discussions.  PLEASE KEEP ALL TICKETS KITCHEN AM AND PM, I made a file folder next to Mac, we can review weekly.
