IRD key fob missing- has anyone seen?

Condor Net: $5,090,00

Snug Net: $1,464.00

Cocina Net: $1,099.50

Event Net: $2,892.00

Steady night in Condor, slower start, pop from 6pm-7:30. FOH team handled it great. Great communication between all servers.

Colin opened snug and then assisted Jean at Condor starting at 5:30. Chad did great solo at snug, D'ete serving.

GM from OVI enjoyed their visit, as well as owner of highly likely. No comps tonight.

Discussed this with Luc- but lets keep an eye on sidework duration after cutting server from the floor. Satia was still doing folds an hour after she started. She told me she did three trays, but she still had tables. In reality, she had one table left, and even with tables, three trays of folds should not take an hour. This really hurts the tip pools. Servers also keep dragging out their sidework to be able to pick up their last signed CC copy. We need to start being aware of how long side work is taking them.

Concert tonight seemed to go well, but very busy. We need to be making sure to break bartenders and staff that work the events.

If we are busy elsewhere, pre determining breaks and asking for assistance from Kirsten to make sure they are breaking will be helpful.

An IRD order came in tonight at 10pm for teas and I noticed it at 11:15pm. I went to the front desk and Erin had done it herself. I am not sure this is normal but that was so amazing of her.

Chad told me that Collin told him in snug you can just do auto grat and ask for their room number. I told him no they need to sign and we cannot just be auto grat-ting checks. I will make this a blanket announcement to all staff, but we should keep and eye on collin. Chad reported that collin said that's how past management said to do.
