The 1 large party that we had tonight >>> Lauri Dawson, who was a "handle with care" situation, proved to be challenging. For starters, her party was confused by the pre set menu. They were under the impression that it was seated out and everyone got to choose their own entree. I explained that is was going to be family style. They then said that only two people at the table ate meat and that it was mostly vegetarian. I worked with Octavio to adjust the menu. Towards dessert I cut Breanna and Satia took their table. Satia came up to me not long after taking the table and told me that they wanted to speak to a manager. One of the men at the table was furious. He said that Satia had been rude both to their face and also said something snide under her breath as she walked away. I literally thought he was gonna blow a casket as he was red in the face and yelling. He went on and on about being a local, about how often they come here (and bring other people here). Threats were made (about not coming here again and telling their friends not to do events here etcetera). Anyway, long story short... I profusely apologized for Satia's behavior and took some money off of their bill. Still need to have a talk with Satia about the situation. I guess it will have to happen next time we are both here as she left before we got the opportunity to discuss it. Potentially Friday. I Have never had anyone complain about her as a server. Usually quite the opposite. I know that they were an odd bunch and difficult even via Kirsten, but it's something I will need to address with Satia.

Angela was extremely emotional and I got her out of here early because she broke down in tears in the server station by the kitchen saying she was at the end of her rope. She was upset by how bad her tips were throughout the night. I think she was emotional about other things and the low tips were a trigger. 

Snug was pretty mellow and I cut D'ete by 9pm.

There were complaints about drink consistency again. Something I can discuss with you Luc when I'm in on Friday.

The floor drain in the dish pit was left filthy. Is that the dishwashers duty or is that the night cleaning crew?

Sonos can not be reached/adjusted/turned off. Chase tried to fix it to no avail. Will need to be looked at tomorrow.
