12/27/25 AM SHIFT NOTES

Euroopean Breakfast was busy with the hotel being almost 90%. Alejandroa and Anna both arrived at 7:30, with the thought that Alejandra would train for the day, since she hasn't been back in 3 months, since her accident. Zammy called out sick though at 8, so I had her take the back section. She did a great job!

Sundji arrived at 9, and is an awesome addition to the team, he was great to check in on the pool, and the lounge as well. 

I cut Anna and Alejandra at 11, after we had a quick pre shift, and Paco and Sydney were in their sections. We had a little lull, after 11:30 until about 12, but there was a small rush at the pool. Paco focused on the pool, and Sydney took the floor, about the time she got busy, around 1 or so, Paco wasn't as busy at the pool, and came to relieve Sydney a little bit. 

Sundji went home at 2, which was fine. I had the buyout meeting so the team with Ruben held down the fort, and all went well. 

We had 38 covers for lunch, after European breakfast was over. 

No major voids- 1 drip coffee, double ring

 I am going to leave some notes, but add some later. Sorry late night.  KRISTY - can you follow up and ensure that by Monday/Tuesday we have someone sort the grinder issue. Luc replaced the grider with another for now, the one acting up is in the liquor room. You can reach out to Handlebar and Luc has another guy if needed but as I understand it Handlebar sold us that grinder. Please text the F&B thread if you need more contact info. Brandon or Warner can get us. Thanks for handling this and keep us updated. We should be good with current grider til Monday.  FYI- Reminder for Luc to have Mel bring Zing Zang to Hotel Saturday after shift. Low due to back order.  Lobby needs more oversight by mid. 12/1/25 MEETING WITH FOH TEAM

 oops posted this on my LA BLOG - sorry for delay  Kirsty & Sarah got some Micros time and can put in and remove items! WOO HOO! I think Riley is all set  here too.  Pool floor plan we decided on and I can do it Thurs or Friday when I am back.  Peter is coming by at 3 pm on Thursday to meet with me and another manager, I will go over his written warning.  Lynn will have written warning re: customer complaint, Riley and Luc to do tomorrow.  Luc, Kristy & Sarah, when I am here Thurs and Friday we can review some former Employee Communications to review language and make sure all feel weel here with using UKG and having discussions.  PLEASE KEEP ALL TICKETS KITCHEN AM AND PM, I made a file folder next to Mac, we can review weekly.
