It was another busy one and we were short staffed, but everyone pulled together and did a great job. Chad really rose to the occasion moving between Snug and Condor and Erick held down a super busy bar in Condor for the most part on his own.

Keegan came in to help and was our fourth server. She was not feeling well and her condition worsened throughout the night. We got her out of here as early as possible. Emma was good to take over her secion. Luckily, Keegan is not scheduled tomorrow or for the next couple of days.

Great reviews from Joshua Saidoff's 10 top. They pulled me aside to say how good both the food and service were. They will be recommending to their friends.

Riley and I discussed that we need to sit down to talk with Kirsten what the verbiage is with regards to booking large parties in Condor as people seem confused. It has happened multiple times this past week.

We unfortunately ran out of many menu items tonight including the: Duck, Sea Bass, Snapper, and Crab Claws. Luckily, it was mostly in the last third of the night.

All server stations are in need of pens

The sink in the Snug bar needs repair. Chad said it is leaking all over the floor. He jimmy rigged it so that it was better but it needs a more permanent fix. 

Emma had an issue with being unable to close a split payment check. We've had this issue with split payments before. I spent time on the phone with the micros man awhile back trying to solve, but wasn't able to get guidance on how to fix the issue. I had Emma transfer the check to me so that she could do her check out and get off the clock. Not sure what to do with it now as I can't print closing reports with an open check under my number... 

Corinn offered to come in tomorrow to be the second Lobby server. I told her I would take her up on it so she is planning to be here by 4pm. I was wondering if we could have her come in at 3 as the Lobby has been really busy in the afternoons. If you are ok with that Riley, will you shoot her a text to let her know?

Chad needs shirts. He was never given a shirt when he was hired. He's been wearing his own white button down which is looking rough. He was only given a vest when he was hired. I  will get the shirts sorted for him tomorrow before his shift.

Tip sheets need adjustments again as Satia did not clock out (again)... I will talk to her.  Also, wasn't sure how many hours to put Sidney in Snug for as I wasn't sure what time she ended at Cocina... Will investigate further tomorrow.

 I am going to leave some notes, but add some later. Sorry late night.  KRISTY - can you follow up and ensure that by Monday/Tuesday we have someone sort the grinder issue. Luc replaced the grider with another for now, the one acting up is in the liquor room. You can reach out to Handlebar and Luc has another guy if needed but as I understand it Handlebar sold us that grinder. Please text the F&B thread if you need more contact info. 12/1/25 MEETING WITH FOH TEAM

 oops posted this on my LA BLOG - sorry for delay  Kirsty & Sarah got some Micros time and can put in and remove items! WOO HOO! I think Riley is all set  here too.  Pool floor plan we decided on and I can do it Thurs or Friday when I am back.  Peter is coming by at 3 pm on Thursday to meet with me and another manager, I will go over his written warning.  Lynn will have written warning re: customer complaint, Riley and Luc to do tomorrow.  Luc, Kristy & Sarah, when I am here Thurs and Friday we can review some former Employee Communications to review language and make sure all feel weel here with using UKG and having discussions.  PLEASE KEEP ALL TICKETS KITCHEN AM AND PM, I made a file folder next to Mac, we can review weekly.
