12/7/25 AM NOTES

 Very busy for European Breakfast, especially with the Koch group joining us at 8:30. Most of the Koch group ordered off menu, as well as some European breakfast. So, the timing to get 17 different items out was not ideal, and I would say that after the original items started coming out, the last 4 items, all chilaquiles came out possibly 30 minuts later. So ideally we would have had a preset menu for this group. that could have been served family style. I talked to Chef Octavio, and he said we should discuss breakfast preset menus for large groups as well. The Koch family is incredibly nice, and generous, so they had nothing bad to say, but the chilaquiles were asked about at least 4 times. 

Beyond the Koch group it was still pretty busy, and we waited on hard boiled eggs for at least 30 minutes or more, we had a few requests for them, but we got them out eventually. 

Eve called out, at 5:55 via phone call to me, which was 20 minutes before her shift, so I will indicate that in UKG, that it was an improper call out, but she was feeling sick, and was going to go to the clinic. 

Peter is still out, until the 16th. 

Once European breakfast finished up, it was not too busy, I held on to Paco until 11:30, and Amanda until 1:45 or so, but I could have cut them both sooner. But, it was hard to say, and it was nice day, so we thought the pool would be busy. 

The pool was busy closer to 1, so we had Zammy just stay at the pool, and Sydney continue to take the floor, I let Ruben know he may need to pick up tables if Sydney got busy, but the pacing was good, and there was a big rush. 

Once Claire came in at 2, I had her assist Zammy with the pool, take waters, prebus, since he had at least 20 guests over there, she was great and happy to help. I also asked if she would check and close down the pool after Zammy left at 4:30, so hopefully she cleaned up out there once the guests left. 

Zammy did great at the pool, which his strongest experience is working the pool at OVI.

We are almost out of postcards/ check presenters, if anyone knows who orders those for us, we should order soon.
