Steady night, slowed down around 8pm. Ran with two servers. 

Ivan was not feeling well so he left so I covered expo. Luc covered the floor. 

Tuna Tostada sent back because it was too fishy- they have had it before. I smelled the fish and it didn't smell bad. Maybe too much fish sauce? 

Compd a potato gratin because older gentleman wasn't a fan of it (he originally asked for a baked potato). 

Claire expressed to Luc and I that she wanted to be a server again. Originally hired for servers. I told her that I would keep her in mind, as she has previously expressed that to her. I told her transparently that we are hiring urgently for bartenders and bussers currently, and we are working to get through the holiday season. Luc stepped in to support what I was saying, that we cannot pull her from IRD right now, because that would be another spot to fill and we are working through a lot.  Luc had a good suggestion to her that she can try out runner and events. 

Lynne continues to have a poor attitude, but she will be gone shortly. She cornered Vanessa in the liquor room complaining about her write up. I caught her and Claire leaning and talking on the bar top twice during service. 

Talked over next week schedule and xmas week schedule with Luc. All is good for the next two weeks. I just need to adjust xmas hours to match updated service window and then I will publish. 

I am working with Barbara to onboard new busser. Pending start date. 

Satia came into the office while Luc and I were reviewing schedule and said "Is there any money in here for me?" I asked her what she meant and she said, well everyones talking about how messed up their paychecks have been so I'm seeing if I have any money owed. I told her that I don't appreciate staff talking about their paychecks, and that if there are discrepancies seen, to please email jess and I and we will investigate.

 I am going to leave some notes, but add some later. Sorry late night.  KRISTY - can you follow up and ensure that by Monday/Tuesday we have someone sort the grinder issue. Luc replaced the grider with another for now, the one acting up is in the liquor room. You can reach out to Handlebar and Luc has another guy if needed but as I understand it Handlebar sold us that grinder. Please text the F&B thread if you need more contact info. Brandon or Warner can get us. Thanks for handling this and keep us updated. We should be good with current grider til Monday.  FYI- Reminder for Luc to have Mel bring Zing Zang to Hotel Saturday after shift. Low due to back order.  Lobby needs more oversight by mid. 12/1/25 MEETING WITH FOH TEAM

 oops posted this on my LA BLOG - sorry for delay  Kirsty & Sarah got some Micros time and can put in and remove items! WOO HOO! I think Riley is all set  here too.  Pool floor plan we decided on and I can do it Thurs or Friday when I am back.  Peter is coming by at 3 pm on Thursday to meet with me and another manager, I will go over his written warning.  Lynn will have written warning re: customer complaint, Riley and Luc to do tomorrow.  Luc, Kristy & Sarah, when I am here Thurs and Friday we can review some former Employee Communications to review language and make sure all feel weel here with using UKG and having discussions.  PLEASE KEEP ALL TICKETS KITCHEN AM AND PM, I made a file folder next to Mac, we can review weekly.
