Condor: Started with 62, finished with 86. Quiet offseason Friday. It was also very cold out. New taco plating went well. Service was smooth. Sent Keegan home a little early, she was dealing with an allergic reaction.

Swordfish Dip: Getting frequent DNL returns. The complaint is that it's too cold. They're prepped to be held at room temperature and then torched before serving, but if the initial batch runs out and it's busy they will start pulling from the fridge, which is not room temp. I'm assuming that is the issue.

Staff was briefed on not drinking bottled soft drinks.

Snug: Steady throughout the night. A few standing parties at its fullest. Did not get overwhelmed though. Margie closed. All went well.

The Noche Buena cocktail from the holidays was a big hit. It will be added to the dessert menu and renamed the Date Night.

10:45pm - There is an odd smell lofting in the office and kitchen. Pretty sure it is a skunk from outside. It has mostly subsided. Corrin thought it might be gas, I did not smell gas. But checked the ranges anyway.

PS - Does anyone know there the manager iPad went? I'm not seeing it anywhere.
