1/10/26 AM NOTES

 Busy European breakfast, but the pacing was good, they trickled in all morning. Zammy was scheduled at 8:30, but overslept and arrived around 9:40. Anna and Eve handled it though, and it worked out. 

Paco and Sydney arrived at 10:30, we cut Anna right away, and held on to Zammy for a bit. Zammy had the front section and Sydney in the back, so she could take the preset party of 9. We ended up cutting Zammy around 12:15, since there wasn't much going on in the lobby or the pool. Paco came into the front station for Zammy, and still took laps to the pool, just in case. 

The party around a little after 1, they were inside, and then we moved them outside, no biggie, it just stalled starters, and the only tables available were in Paco's station, but we wanted to have Sydney continue to take them. So for a little bit, Paco and Sydney traded tables, which sometimes can be a little confusing, but it worked out. 

The party seemed very happy, and had a good time. They were one of the last tables of the day. They said everything was delicious.

 I am going to leave some notes, but add some later. Sorry late night.  KRISTY - can you follow up and ensure that by Monday/Tuesday we have someone sort the grinder issue. Luc replaced the grider with another for now, the one acting up is in the liquor room. You can reach out to Handlebar and Luc has another guy if needed but as I understand it Handlebar sold us that grinder. Please text the F&B thread if you need more contact info. Brandon or Warner can get us. Thanks for handling this and keep us updated. 12/1/25 MEETING WITH FOH TEAM

 oops posted this on my LA BLOG - sorry for delay  Kirsty & Sarah got some Micros time and can put in and remove items! WOO HOO! I think Riley is all set  here too.  Pool floor plan we decided on and I can do it Thurs or Friday when I am back.  Peter is coming by at 3 pm on Thursday to meet with me and another manager, I will go over his written warning.  Lynn will have written warning re: customer complaint, Riley and Luc to do tomorrow.  Luc, Kristy & Sarah, when I am here Thurs and Friday we can review some former Employee Communications to review language and make sure all feel weel here with using UKG and having discussions.  PLEASE KEEP ALL TICKETS KITCHEN AM AND PM, I made a file folder next to Mac, we can review weekly.
