1/11/25 pm snug/condor

Quiet night in Condor & Snug

Ended with 61 covers

Cut Erick around 7pm. Jean broke before he left.

Corinn cut at 7:30

Ally is on her second to last training shift. Tomorrow is her last training shift. Gave her a micro section in emmas section. She handled all tables well, really liked this "test run" where she was able to be alone to answer questions. No complaints from her table, all were happy. Feedback from the team is all positive, all staff members like her. She is a great addition to the team.

A couple staff members (Keegan and Erick) are dealing with family members who are very ill/on hospice. So let's all be aware of possibilities of calling out for this. I let both of them know to please let us know how we can support them.

Nasarrio to be talked to tomorrow by Ruben and Kate. Most likely will be suspended while investigation is pending. I was emailing Kate to hopefully have team members who are reporting inappropriateness to remain annon.

Looking to cut hours, so will be running with one busser sunday-thursday. One bartender in condor, two in snug due to longer service hours, less cross over, but cross over when needed or support in condor if needed. One lobby server except on friday and saturday. Sunday's seem to be pretty quiet.

Ale will be in tomorrow in cocina at around 12, I will let Kristy know not to cut AM server with knowledge that she will be late.

Maureen to start on monday and tuesday mornings in cocina. Really needing to thin hours wherever we can, so I will be reaching out to Rebecca to let her know that we do not need her on Fridays anymore due to slow season. I will be calling Shelby's friend for barista gig, as I am wanting to fully get Eve on bartending and full barista AM coverage. She will be a strong barista/server.

Comp'd a tuna tostada as they complained about new portion size, although it equals about the same.

No other negative guest feedback.
