1/14/26 Condor/Snug

Started with 30, finished with 30. A couple walk-in’s to bar top. Only a few dinner and a movie customers. Harriet Hudson (Kirsten’s party) had a great time, comped a splash of Pehu and dessert. Service was smooth all around. 

Some issues with Micros tonight. Lobby Hallway termial went down, and then the one by service entrance in Condor. Both were reset and seem to be working. 

 

There are two Kampachi Ceviche’s in the Condor Apps SLU., thus two buttons, which complicates putting in counts/86’s.  One should be deactivated assuming it does not affect the button for Cocina.  Will look at it on the back end on EMC.

 

The spring in the swinging door from kitchen to hallway is broken. It doesn’t close itself and just kind of does what it wants. Chase and maintenance are on it. 

 

Snug: A few small parties having drinks early on. Pretty quiet after 7:00, cut Grayson at that point. About a half dozen people trickled in after the movie, aside from that not much action after 9:00.

 I am going to leave some notes, but add some later. Sorry late night.  KRISTY - can you follow up and ensure that by Monday/Tuesday we have someone sort the grinder issue. Luc replaced the grider with another for now, the one acting up is in the liquor room. You can reach out to Handlebar and Luc has another guy if needed but as I understand it Handlebar sold us that grinder. Please text the F&B thread if you need more contact info. Brandon or Warner can get us. Thanks for handling this and keep us updated. 12/1/25 MEETING WITH FOH TEAM

 oops posted this on my LA BLOG - sorry for delay  Kirsty & Sarah got some Micros time and can put in and remove items! WOO HOO! I think Riley is all set  here too.  Pool floor plan we decided on and I can do it Thurs or Friday when I am back.  Peter is coming by at 3 pm on Thursday to meet with me and another manager, I will go over his written warning.  Lynn will have written warning re: customer complaint, Riley and Luc to do tomorrow.  Luc, Kristy & Sarah, when I am here Thurs and Friday we can review some former Employee Communications to review language and make sure all feel weel here with using UKG and having discussions.  PLEASE KEEP ALL TICKETS KITCHEN AM AND PM, I made a file folder next to Mac, we can review weekly.
