We started the night with 3 Duck, 1 torta, and no french fries. We also had to 86 Hanger Steak mid shift. All pretty weird for a Friday night.

Had a potato taco plate sent back as the woman didn't like the way it looked- She thought it was a ridiculously small portion (even with the two tacos) for what the price was. Hard agree.

Holding the corner of the lobby for a potential party of 15-20 on a Friday night was a bad look. People were upset by it and ultimately no one showed. Kinda made us look like idiots.

I talked to Evan about needing to Iron his shirt. He said he would. Everyone could tighten it up a bit in terms of uniforms.

Need to talk to Grayson about cutting himself. It's not the first time he has done so, this time saying that his shift was "over at 8." The staff doesn't understand that just because your out time says 8 on 7Shifts, it doesn't mean your shift is over. 

Had to comp an entire check for Collin from Snug. It was a walk out check. He said they might have been hotel guests, but he wasn't sure. I feel like bartenders in Snug should either get a credit card or a room number at the START of taking an order and not wait until the end as this happens fairly often.

Alfonso got numerous accolades tonight from various guests. He always goes the extra mile for his customers.

Alejandra was over an hour late as she works at her other job on Fridays. Something to take note of for scheduling moving forward. 

Ramin came in and was very non plussed about the large area in the lobby being reserved. He said it was "very not Ojai". He ended up sitting there with his crew. 

Aside from the lobby drama it was a smooth night!
