It was a mellow night after an extremely busy holiday weekend. I sent Riley home a little after 6pm, cut Chad from the Sung around 7pm, and Corrin was gone by 9pm as were all of the servers in Condor save Angela.

Not much to report in terms of service aside from table 26. They sent back a bottle of Ollos Branco. They thought it was corked (it wasn't). Satia got them a bottle of Paco y Lola Albarino to replace and they were happy with it. Later on, when Angela had taken over the table, I approached to check on how their meal was going and one of the women said that she had just pulled a paper clip out of her mouth that she was about to swallow. She showed me the paper clip- definitely one of ours. I took care of her ribs as well as the bottle of Paco y Lola as she was very upset. They seemed ok on their way out.

Keegan and Sundji are set to come in at 5 pm for the party in Cocina tomorrow.

 I am going to leave some notes, but add some later. Sorry late night.  KRISTY - can you follow up and ensure that by Monday/Tuesday we have someone sort the grinder issue. Luc replaced the grider with another for now, the one acting up is in the liquor room. You can reach out to Handlebar and Luc has another guy if needed but as I understand it Handlebar sold us that grinder. Please text the F&B thread if you need more contact info. Brandon or Warner can get us. Thanks for handling this and keep us updated. 12/1/25 MEETING WITH FOH TEAM

 oops posted this on my LA BLOG - sorry for delay  Kirsty & Sarah got some Micros time and can put in and remove items! WOO HOO! I think Riley is all set  here too.  Pool floor plan we decided on and I can do it Thurs or Friday when I am back.  Peter is coming by at 3 pm on Thursday to meet with me and another manager, I will go over his written warning.  Lynn will have written warning re: customer complaint, Riley and Luc to do tomorrow.  Luc, Kristy & Sarah, when I am here Thurs and Friday we can review some former Employee Communications to review language and make sure all feel weel here with using UKG and having discussions.  PLEASE KEEP ALL TICKETS KITCHEN AM AND PM, I made a file folder next to Mac, we can review weekly.
