1/26/26 AM NOTES

Very slow day at European and regular lunch service. 

Rolo and Eve left at 11, after pre-shift. 

I had Maureen do some deep cleaning, and organizing. 

Satia batched some margaritas, and did some deep cleaning as well. 

We had 14 covers for lunch, Maureen took them all, they came in little by little. 

Our last table came in at 2:40, just for an iced tea. 

Our last table left at 3:40, Satia went home right at 3, and Maureen finished up her last table, and did her paperwork. I cleaned her table, so she could get off the floor. 

No major issues or mistakes today. Maureen is such a nice addition to the team, she's always keeping busy, cleaning or organizing, and checking in with her guests, and going over and beyond with doggie treats, or water for their dogs. She takes coaching well, which is not needed too often, but today I showed her how to course, and timing for guests at lunch.

 I am going to leave some notes, but add some later. Sorry late night.  KRISTY - can you follow up and ensure that by Monday/Tuesday we have someone sort the grinder issue. Luc replaced the grider with another for now, the one acting up is in the liquor room. You can reach out to Handlebar and Luc has another guy if needed but as I understand it Handlebar sold us that grinder. Please text the F&B thread if you need more contact info. Brandon or Warner can get us. Thanks for handling this and keep us updated. We should be good with current grider til Monday.  FYI- Reminder for Luc to have Mel bring Zing Zang to Hotel Saturday after shift. Low due to back order.  Lobby needs more oversight by mid. 12/1/25 MEETING WITH FOH TEAM

 oops posted this on my LA BLOG - sorry for delay  Kirsty & Sarah got some Micros time and can put in and remove items! WOO HOO! I think Riley is all set  here too.  Pool floor plan we decided on and I can do it Thurs or Friday when I am back.  Peter is coming by at 3 pm on Thursday to meet with me and another manager, I will go over his written warning.  Lynn will have written warning re: customer complaint, Riley and Luc to do tomorrow.  Luc, Kristy & Sarah, when I am here Thurs and Friday we can review some former Employee Communications to review language and make sure all feel weel here with using UKG and having discussions.  PLEASE KEEP ALL TICKETS KITCHEN AM AND PM, I made a file folder next to Mac, we can review weekly.
