1/31/26 Condor/Snug

 Condor: Started with 130, finished with 166 + bar tops. Worked on new approach with Resy, Chits, and an emphasis on punctual table turns. Quiet for the first hour but picked up quickly at 6:00. Kitchen got a little backed up around 7:00 but adjusted quickly. Service was generally smooth. 86'ed Potato Tacos, Soft Serve Machine went down for a bit, as well as the ticket printer on expo. It appears to be overheating. Spoke with Octavio about maybe relocating it somewhere cooler. Higher than usual DNL returns tonight. Crudo (too fishy) the chicken, vampire, tostadas. Everything looked good going out, and all other feedback was all positive. Emma was overwhelmed a few times tonight, I helped her on a few tables all went well. Alfonso seemed a bit confused with the chits I stepped in and helped him out a couple times with it. 


Snug: Steady and mostly full throughout the night. D'ete clocked out at 9:00 with Margie, and Collin and Corinn finished out the night. Corinne (IRD) was very helpful with replenishing glasswares and periodic bussing.

 I am going to leave some notes, but add some later. Sorry late night.  KRISTY - can you follow up and ensure that by Monday/Tuesday we have someone sort the grinder issue. Luc replaced the grider with another for now, the one acting up is in the liquor room. You can reach out to Handlebar and Luc has another guy if needed but as I understand it Handlebar sold us that grinder. Please text the F&B thread if you need more contact info. Brandon or Warner can get us. Thanks for handling this and keep us updated. We should be good with current grider til Monday.  FYI- Reminder for Luc to have Mel bring Zing Zang to Hotel Saturday after shift. Low due to back order.  Lobby needs more oversight by mid. 12/1/25 MEETING WITH FOH TEAM

 oops posted this on my LA BLOG - sorry for delay  Kirsty & Sarah got some Micros time and can put in and remove items! WOO HOO! I think Riley is all set  here too.  Pool floor plan we decided on and I can do it Thurs or Friday when I am back.  Peter is coming by at 3 pm on Thursday to meet with me and another manager, I will go over his written warning.  Lynn will have written warning re: customer complaint, Riley and Luc to do tomorrow.  Luc, Kristy & Sarah, when I am here Thurs and Friday we can review some former Employee Communications to review language and make sure all feel weel here with using UKG and having discussions.  PLEASE KEEP ALL TICKETS KITCHEN AM AND PM, I made a file folder next to Mac, we can review weekly.
