 Pretty quiet night. 

Sarah and I organized the office. Hoping we can keep this up and organized, as there was a LOT of old useless items. Folders on wall are labeled with everyones names. I would like to stop using post its for notes, and instead leave messages for appropriate parties in their wall folder. 

No issues, other than some late parties close to 9. Wanting to work on verbiage with staff around last call, etc. 

Alli trained tonight with Satia and Keegan. She is doing well, and she is fitting in really nicely with the team. 

Alfonso asked me about his friend from OVI and if he could have him come in tonight to meet me. I told him we aren't hiring right now, and to please just give me his resume to have on deck when we do need to hire. He then escorts his friend to the lobby later on and has sarah meet him as I was on the phone occupied. He continuously brings things up at inappropriate times and it is very inconvenient and puts us on the spot. 

Lauren cleaned and organized Snug. Wanting to get Luc behind bar and on cleaning/stocking/labeling with bar team so it won't just fall on one person. We will have 2 bartenders in both outlets 7 days a week so no excuses anymore. 

We finally solved the split check issue in micros. The ONLY time a split check will not close properly and say "the sum does not equal" is due to discounts or auto grat being on the check. You have to split the check in half, then add the discount to each check then it will let you clear. This can be done before or after, just takes more effort. But it is possible! Yay!!

Lauren had a gentleman in snug that was mad about last call, and claims he was waiting for his jameson for 30 minutes. She went around telling everyone about last call and he didn't order anything. It was fine, she dealt with it and only told me after the fact.
