1/5/26 AM NOTES

 We had a decent European Breakfast, which guests come in steadily all morning, no real rushes. We were about to take down breakfast a few minutes after 10, but three more guests came in, so we kept it up a bit longer. 

Sydney and Rolo were scheduled at 7:30, and 8, but only 1 was really needed. It's been really busy the last couple of Mondays, so I think it was just in case we had another busy Monday. 

Sydney was able to finish her sexual harassment course, so at least that is finished. 

I cut Sydney as soon as Zammy got here at 10:30, and Rolo by 12, and Zammy left between 12:30-1. I had Zammy cleaning and organizing the pool. We needed to throw out quite a few cocktail menus, I will let Vanessa know we'll need more that are laminated. 

Luis took a look at the printer outside at the pool and said it was definitely dead, and due to water from the rain, the circuit died. We will need to remember to cover and keep menus out of the elements when we expect rain. While Riley cleaned the office with Sarah, she found some printers in the office, hopefully we can use one to replace the one at the pool. 

Lunch was slow and we had probably 12 covers, 2 which were just having coffee and working on their laptops. 

Warner came in with his daughter and Ramin for lunch. We finished up close to 4.
