1/6/26 AM NOTES

 Very slow European Breakfast, with only 5 guests. Rolo took care of them. 

Eve text me at 5:55 this morning to say she was running late, I don't hear from here, nor did she arrive by 7:30, so l reached out to her to ask if she was planning on coming or not, because at that point Rolo was going to be in by 8, and we didn't have many guests at that point, and only 14 guests at the hotel staying with us anyway. She suggested since she couldn't seem to wake up, and since it was slow, she was fine to let Rolo take the floor. I talked to Riley about it, and plan on putting the info into UKG, but in a way she was really a no show. Eve has a problem with attendance, and I don't think she realizes it, but it has been well documented in UKG. 

Marlowe arrived at 9:15, later than her 9 am arrival time, but she said dropping off her child took longer than expected. It was her first day of training, and she caught on quickly. We weren't that busy, but we did get 4 or 5 tables all around the same time. She got into a good rhythm, and guests seem to really like her. I told her to bring her training manual with her tomorrow, and that we'll spend some more time on menu items, and reading through the matrix. 

We slowed down after that rush, and closed down at 3. Mia and Jean cleaned up and got out quickly.

 I am going to leave some notes, but add some later. Sorry late night.  KRISTY - can you follow up and ensure that by Monday/Tuesday we have someone sort the grinder issue. Luc replaced the grider with another for now, the one acting up is in the liquor room. You can reach out to Handlebar and Luc has another guy if needed but as I understand it Handlebar sold us that grinder. Please text the F&B thread if you need more contact info. Brandon or Warner can get us. Thanks for handling this and keep us updated. 12/1/25 MEETING WITH FOH TEAM

 oops posted this on my LA BLOG - sorry for delay  Kirsty & Sarah got some Micros time and can put in and remove items! WOO HOO! I think Riley is all set  here too.  Pool floor plan we decided on and I can do it Thurs or Friday when I am back.  Peter is coming by at 3 pm on Thursday to meet with me and another manager, I will go over his written warning.  Lynn will have written warning re: customer complaint, Riley and Luc to do tomorrow.  Luc, Kristy & Sarah, when I am here Thurs and Friday we can review some former Employee Communications to review language and make sure all feel weel here with using UKG and having discussions.  PLEASE KEEP ALL TICKETS KITCHEN AM AND PM, I made a file folder next to Mac, we can review weekly.
