1/7/26 Condor/Snug

Condor: Started with 18, but had a few walk-ins and a soft push around 6:30. Emma trained Ali on the floor, and did a very good job and should be considered for future server onboarding. Evan and Alfonso finished by about 8:30. Sent Jerry and Amanda home around 8:15. Service was smooth. 

Claire frequently leaves without checking in with MOD. She needs to be checked off on IRD breakdown/cleaning, closing report and sidework as she often does not properly finish things. 

Rory has been very chatty with staff again. Talking with D'ete in the kitchen at length when he's needed at dish pit and D'ete is needed in lobby. I had to politely break them up twice. 

Snug: A few small parties camped out in lobby throughout the night. Grayson left around 8:00 with Collin closing. A large crowd from across the street came in with Jeremy about ten minutes before lobby closing. We were unable to serve food as the kitchen had closed about 40 minutes prior and no kitchen staff was left on site. D'ete and Rory were on their way out, I kept them on awhile extra to ring party sales under D'ete and run glasswares.  Expedited drink service for the large party, I helped Collin fulfill drink orders we were able to squeeze in two rounds while plating outside food and serving Bocadillos, chips and salsas. Ran last call at 10:40 and closed out D'ete. Then bussed/reset lobby and helped Collin break down. Got Collin out by 11:30. There is a queue of dishes and glassware that will need to be run in the AM, Rory left around 11:00. Is there a current diagram or floor plan of how Lobby and Snug is to be set? There appears to be some new stools/chairs floating around and the orientation has changed a bit recently. Also, the sixth bar stool in snug does not comfortably fit, especially with seats occupied. Had Grayson move it aside when snug filled up earlier.
