2/10/26 AM NOTES

 Euro breakfast was much more steadier than yesterday, nothing crazy. Rolo and Anna make a great team in the morning, as she will come out and assist in bussing, water refills, and pre bussing. This is exactly the thing we need, and I can slowly see that we're getting Team La Cocina on the same page with teamwork. 

Ryan from IRD ended up helping remove cushions at the pool with housekeeping, the computer was covered (we still need to replace the printer), and Rolo moved all the teak wooden tables out of the pool area as well. 

Anna was R&Ding some speciality cocktails. One was a raspberry matcha, and the other was a take on Cafe de Olla cappuccino with our pixie pigs & spices, I told her to show Riley tomorrow. I do think it might be fun to have a speciality coffee menu, with seasonal flavors, etc. similar to our speciality cocktail menus we do in Condor for different seasons, and holidays. I think it was great to have her excited to experiment. 

I updated all the menus with correct zero proof cocktails, correct Bonito coffee, and added bacon on the club, which was missing. The sparkling and still water was also corrected, it was labeled as $6 and $10, but it's actually $8 and $10. There should be plenty of new printed menus for breakfast, cocktails, and lunch. Please proof read, just in case I missed something. 

Lunch was a little bit slow, but Rolo stayed until 1:45 to mostly assist Maureen so she didn't get behind. Jean helped her out from there. Maureen and Jean left shortly after 3. 

Another orange juice was returned, it was the blood orange this time, so hopefully we'll get good regular oranges soon, to avoid this issue for now on. 

Riley- just in case Mia asks, I had Marla add 6.5 hours of sick pay for the day she missed 1/30/26, I did not see any other days that she missed from last pay period, there is a chance the other day she called out was from a previous pay period, which is too late to ask for now. she only had I believe 9.6 hours available any way, so maybe she'll be good to reserve those other hours another time. (I think she told you via email that she wanted two days for sick pay, if I remember correctly)

Luc replaced the grider with another for now, the one acting up is in the liquor room. 12/1/25 MEETING WITH FOH TEAM

 oops posted this on my LA BLOG - sorry for delay  Kirsty & Sarah got some Micros time and can put in and remove items! WOO HOO! I think Riley is all set  here too.  Pool floor plan we decided on and I can do it Thurs or Friday when I am back.  Peter is coming by at 3 pm on Thursday to meet with me and another manager, I will go over his written warning.  Lynn will have written warning re: customer complaint, Riley and Luc to do tomorrow.  Luc, Kristy & Sarah, when I am here Thurs and Friday we can review some former Employee Communications to review language and make sure all feel weel here with using UKG and having discussions.  PLEASE KEEP ALL TICKETS KITCHEN AM AND PM, I made a file folder next to Mac, we can review weekly.
