Really not much to report.

The GM from Radio Roma came in with a group of gals to celebrate a birthday so comped some drinks for them... a couple of server mistake comps but really not much

Pretty much smooth sailing aside from when I walked out into the lobby at about 9pm only to see Collin SITTING and talking to patrons in the lobby. I just took a long pause and gave him a WTF look. He replied, "you want me to go stand behind the bar like a monkey?' One of the patrons apologized for getting him in trouble. I plan to give him a verbal warning at the end of the shift but his overall lack of professionalism and laissez-faire attitude really has no place here. He needs a formal, written warning. I think the time has come. Shape up or ship out!

Speaking of tomorrow, can one of you do me a favor and return these voice mails? I checked the messages when I got in and then by the time I could return messages it was too late in the evening.

James was wanting to make a reservation but didn't say for when or for how many, but I'm assuming it's for this weekend. His number is 661.373.0013

There was an old woman that called and her phone was reception kept cutting out so I didn't get her name and I barely got her phone number. 847.977.1430

Ok, i just talked to Collin and told him that his behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional. He said it would not happen again. I can make a note of it in UKG but I still think an overall review of his "vibe" is in order.

 I am going to leave some notes, but add some later. Sorry late night.  KRISTY - can you follow up and ensure that by Monday/Tuesday we have someone sort the grinder issue. Luc replaced the grider with another for now, the one acting up is in the liquor room. You can reach out to Handlebar and Luc has another guy if needed but as I understand it Handlebar sold us that grinder. Please text the F&B thread if you need more contact info. 12/1/25 MEETING WITH FOH TEAM

 oops posted this on my LA BLOG - sorry for delay  Kirsty & Sarah got some Micros time and can put in and remove items! WOO HOO! I think Riley is all set  here too.  Pool floor plan we decided on and I can do it Thurs or Friday when I am back.  Peter is coming by at 3 pm on Thursday to meet with me and another manager, I will go over his written warning.  Lynn will have written warning re: customer complaint, Riley and Luc to do tomorrow.  Luc, Kristy & Sarah, when I am here Thurs and Friday we can review some former Employee Communications to review language and make sure all feel weel here with using UKG and having discussions.  PLEASE KEEP ALL TICKETS KITCHEN AM AND PM, I made a file folder next to Mac, we can review weekly.
