2/15/26 AM SHIFT NOTES

Very busy Euro breakfast, it seemed difficult to keep it filled, guests were coming in large waves, we would fill it and within 15 minutes, it needed to be filled again.

Danny came in with his wife and kids, he ordered a french omelette and it came out without cheese, the kitchen gave him the wrong one, that was ordered for another table. We got him a new one, but he left soon after, mostly because his little ones needed to go. I would say his food took a little long. We do need to work on ticket times for breakfast, I feel. Lunch seems to be better, but breakfast takes a little long sometimes.

Lunch was nice and busy, we had two servers on, and Paco on the pool again, I told him we could put Zammy on the pool, but he said he preferred the pool. The pool was not super busy, so I wish Paco would have come in to help more often, but it's difficult in the middle of service to grab the pool server. I let him know when I saw him last to check in on us more often if he had time. He asked around 2:30 if he could go home, I checked in with Anna if she was okay with that, since she got there at 7:30, and she was. He said he didn't have many guests out there today, and he was tired from the day before. He got a few more orders out there though, and stayed another hour.

Paco also had three ladies who did not like their avocado toasts, and said the avocado is old, and did not taste good. I took the items off, and talked to them about us using the best quality ingredients and that we would never use an item that was old, and that I'm sorry that they didn't care for it. They also mentioned that their eggs were cooked incorrectly. They seemed to appreciate not being charged for the items, and were very nice to me as they left the restaurant.

Anna and Erick had some issues, both were addressed at the end of service. Anna was crying and said that Erick made her feel dumb. I spoke to Erick and told him because Anna is young, and sensitive, just to be careful with his delivery. Hopefully, they can both improve their behavior, as they both have things to work on. David also actually had an intense conversation with Anna about some coffees she needed, and he said she was quite rude when she asked him about them, but with Anna being so upset, I didn't want to bring it up at the time. David is new, but I know him pretty well, and that is something he would not mention unless he felt like it was not okay.
