2/21/26 Condor/Snug

Condor: Started with 105, finished with 134.  Busy from 6-8:00. A little mellow for a Saturday, possibly affected by a bad accident up the road, and the marathon in town tomorrow. Fully staffed on the floor. All feedback reported to me was positive. Margie had a declined card that still printed a check with tip/total lines as normal, when looking closely it does say declined, but she understandably missed it and presented it to guest who signed it as normal and left. It’s the first I’ve seen of this, and I don’t know if it’s normal or just a micros quirk, but we should mention to staff to be aware that it’s possible it will print despite being declined.

A note from Will to Bartenders, they can grab their own popcorn orders.

Snug: On the mellow side as well. Three servers on the floor. Two bartenders. Went over new SOP’s; menus dropped immediately, coasters down upon drink order being placed, water on request only. Took a couple reminders to staff as it’s new, but by mid shift was seeing consistent adherence, Had to push opening Cocina service well because Collin was late due to the accident. Had him break Lauren when he got in at 6:00. Put Lauren in Cocina when she returned at 6:30. Lauren is good in service well she takes initiative, cleans, runs drinks, ect. D’etr cashed out a little before 9:00. Cut Corinn at 9:30. Collin and Sydney finished out the night. Corrin and Sydney had a couple double-rings, but no other mistakes of note.
