2.22.26 PM NOTES

Started with 16 and ended with 50. Emma volunteered off so we went with three and I cut Ali around 7pm.

Corrin had a table that walked out in the Snug so I had to comp a couple of drinks. She also had a woman complain about the up charge on the aperol spritz. I have had complaints/questions about this before and I feel it would make sense (especially before summer aka aperol spritz season) to make a new button that doesn't separate the aperol and the spritz. It's confusing for customers and they feel like they are being overcharged.

Claire left without cleaning the coffee station and I sent her a text with a picture of it. If she is in tomorrow I will write her up. #overit

Evan got his shift for tomorrow covered AGAIN. I feel we should just pull him off the schedule completely if possible. Keegan said his attitude when he is here is so toxic, and that he just complains the whole time anyway.

Amanda let me know that Killian was texting and then talking on the phone as he was breaking down the 300's. I spoke with him after the shift and told him he wasn't allowed to wear his glasses here anymore and I gave a verbal warning about his phone on the floor.

Luc replaced the grider with another for now, the one acting up is in the liquor room. 12/1/25 MEETING WITH FOH TEAM

 oops posted this on my LA BLOG - sorry for delay  Kirsty & Sarah got some Micros time and can put in and remove items! WOO HOO! I think Riley is all set  here too.  Pool floor plan we decided on and I can do it Thurs or Friday when I am back.  Peter is coming by at 3 pm on Thursday to meet with me and another manager, I will go over his written warning.  Lynn will have written warning re: customer complaint, Riley and Luc to do tomorrow.  Luc, Kristy & Sarah, when I am here Thurs and Friday we can review some former Employee Communications to review language and make sure all feel weel here with using UKG and having discussions.  PLEASE KEEP ALL TICKETS KITCHEN AM AND PM, I made a file folder next to Mac, we can review weekly.
