2/2/26 AM NOTES

 Not too busy today. Euro Breakfast was a little steady at times, but nothing crazy. I have the team working on getting the guests name and room number upon arrival, so we can cross it off the HERO, and I can check in with any VIP's etc. Rolo feels pretty comfortable with it, so it should be fine. We also had a couple of reservations this morning, as well as a couple of walk-ins that were local, I was able to put their information in the system. 

I had Rolo stick around until 1, not too much was happening at that point, he went home, and Maureen took over. It was pretty quiet for the day, she did great solo, and although Jean knew to assist her, she didn't need too much help. 

We got a table at 2:40, they ordered quickly, and we were able to close up soon after that. 

I spoke to Jean and Rolo about one of them coming Tuesday, and the other coming on Wednesday to the meeting, and it seemed to work well, I spoke to Sarah and she said she would be here for both meetings to watch Cocina so that is great. I recommended that maybe both days we consider having any staff that hasn't completed their work harassment training to complete after the meeting, since we have to pay them for two hours no matter what. I will see what Riley thinks about that.

 I am going to leave some notes, but add some later. Sorry late night.  KRISTY - can you follow up and ensure that by Monday/Tuesday we have someone sort the grinder issue. Luc replaced the grider with another for now, the one acting up is in the liquor room. You can reach out to Handlebar and Luc has another guy if needed but as I understand it Handlebar sold us that grinder. Please text the F&B thread if you need more contact info. 12/1/25 MEETING WITH FOH TEAM

 oops posted this on my LA BLOG - sorry for delay  Kirsty & Sarah got some Micros time and can put in and remove items! WOO HOO! I think Riley is all set  here too.  Pool floor plan we decided on and I can do it Thurs or Friday when I am back.  Peter is coming by at 3 pm on Thursday to meet with me and another manager, I will go over his written warning.  Lynn will have written warning re: customer complaint, Riley and Luc to do tomorrow.  Luc, Kristy & Sarah, when I am here Thurs and Friday we can review some former Employee Communications to review language and make sure all feel weel here with using UKG and having discussions.  PLEASE KEEP ALL TICKETS KITCHEN AM AND PM, I made a file folder next to Mac, we can review weekly.
