2/3/26 Condor/Snug

Condor: Started with 13. 15+ cancellations. Satia called out sick. Ran with a split floor with Evan and Alexandra. Which was fine. It was very quiet. Went over new chit system at lineup, as well as proper response for a server if a party comes in while host is in the middle of seating a table. Amanda was a little cross with Angela last night after she took it upon herself to seat a party herself that was waiting at the host stand. Chad (bartender) came in with his mother for dinner. A couple other smaller parties, service was smooth, not too much else to speak of. 

Snug: Quiet as well, but a steady flow of people lounging in the lobby. Had Collin help me with stocking, organizing, and liquor batching. He was surprisingly proactive. Cut him around 7:30, after which it was very quiet. Cut D'ete a little after 9:00. Margie finished out the night,

Went over to breakdown the staff meal across the street at 7:30. There was a lot of food left open in to go boxes on the tables (charcuterie from the AM, quiches, ect) and the hot tray area was pretty messy. Just a concern for attracting pests. 

There was also some confusion as to whom is responsible for bringing everything back after staff meals. Front desk was doing it, but has been told not to. Housekeeping is not doing it anymore. I can to do it in the meantime, maybe have IRD help it took a couple trips because the AM staff meal was also left out. 

D'ete complained that there was no food left at 6:00. Which I can validate as I went over an hour earlier and it was pretty much cleaned out. Will made almost a hundred quesadillas so not sure how they were gone so fast with such a light staff.

Note to remind staff again to check in with MOD before leaving. Claire and Sunji both took off without checking in and there were things could've used help with, and Claire did not bring a PM closeout.
