2.6.26 SNUG/CONDOR

 123 covers for Condor tonight

Snug consistently busy

Snug micros went down at beginning of shift, Luc had difficulty getting in touch with Micros man. I will create an SOP on how to deal with tech crashes so we know how to expedite in these situations.

Evan made quite a few mistakes tonight. He had an equal section compared to everyone else, but he communicated all of the mistakes and all guests were happy.

Chits worked great tonight. Servers really starting to grasp them. It was rileys first night with them, and she really does well. She noticed that one table had a birthday and they ordered dessert and she did a candle and they were SO impressed and happy. Overall the system is strong. I do want to create a system to improve cups, i.e. Satia had two cups tonight on accident and there was a bit of a hiccup. Easy solve though.

Sidework/polishing is HEAVY at the end of the nights and its causing servers to risk 6 hours. Needing to create better sidework sheets so that everyone is doing a fair share. Also troubleshooting why 9 racks of glassware is coming out at the end all at once.

Comps:

Evan- snapper - wrong item, supposed to be seabass. Fired seabass but it took a while. Customer was fine with waiting as we left the snapper on the table.

Satia: chips and guac- meant to ring in tuna tostada

Evan: condor old fashioned, dnl. too sweet.

Satia: margarita. This was my bad, I told her table 32 ordered a margarita from me. She double rang it in, I should have been more clear that I ordered it.

*Needing to create upcharge laminated sheet at every POS* evan put chips and guac sub veggies and didn't charge for veggies. Brandon called it out, so I was able to do upcharge for it.
