2/7/26 AM NOTES

 Extremely busy Euro Breakfast, with a pretty big rush on the earlier side today, I would say around 8:15. Danny came in around 8:30, and then Naomi came in soon after, she was running about 10 minutes late, and then Sundji came in at 9, Danny said we might want someone on a little sooner, I think possibly the busser by 8:30 would be good. 

After Euro breakfast typically when we have down time to get ahead for the day, we needed to start rotating breaks, as the whole team needed to break, which worked out fine. Anna was going to stay to help with the pool, which was great that she did, since we were really busy out there. The floor was so busy for the team, I could barely get a chance to help Anna at the pool, but she did fine, she had a couple of long ticket times for coffee drinks, and I believe it was because Eve struggled a bit to keep up with coffees and cocktails. Eve did decent for her first solo shift, and a busy one at that, but we did have some long drinks times. One of our last tables also returned 2 of their 3 drinks, the 3rd drink wasn't returned but the guest said it was too strong, but they did end up drinking it. 

We also only had Anna until about 2:30, but she stayed longer, she was fine with it, but she did go overtime, but the pool was just too busy. Riley and I can talk later with scheduling our last server on possibly at 12, so they can stay until 5 or 6 from now on for pool service?? Something definitely to discuss. We had IRD help take over today around 4, and maybe that works, but I don't know if that is the best move going forward. 

All in all, although it was busy all day, and we were playing catch up, it felt as if the guests were happy, and we didn't have too many issues. There was one guest who said their burger was burnt, and we remade it, and they seemed happy once they got the new one. Anna had two missed coffees at the pool, that we comped.

 I am going to leave some notes, but add some later. Sorry late night.  KRISTY - can you follow up and ensure that by Monday/Tuesday we have someone sort the grinder issue. Luc replaced the grider with another for now, the one acting up is in the liquor room. You can reach out to Handlebar and Luc has another guy if needed but as I understand it Handlebar sold us that grinder. Please text the F&B thread if you need more contact info. 12/1/25 MEETING WITH FOH TEAM

 oops posted this on my LA BLOG - sorry for delay  Kirsty & Sarah got some Micros time and can put in and remove items! WOO HOO! I think Riley is all set  here too.  Pool floor plan we decided on and I can do it Thurs or Friday when I am back.  Peter is coming by at 3 pm on Thursday to meet with me and another manager, I will go over his written warning.  Lynn will have written warning re: customer complaint, Riley and Luc to do tomorrow.  Luc, Kristy & Sarah, when I am here Thurs and Friday we can review some former Employee Communications to review language and make sure all feel weel here with using UKG and having discussions.  PLEASE KEEP ALL TICKETS KITCHEN AM AND PM, I made a file folder next to Mac, we can review weekly.
